Activation

Training Analysis

We greatly value the benefit in performance metrics. Hence, to grasp the effectiveness of our programme and solutions, Smart Trends will conduct an audit to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the training. This will provide an overview of the effectiveness and efficiency of the training. At the conclusion of the training audit, the client will receive a report card detailing findings and recommendations.

Mapping Solutions

Reinforcement

In the kick-off phase, we will deliver your solutions through a blended learning approach. Instructor-led, computer based and web-based training are utilised to teach a Train-the-Trainer, or train your employees directly. Implementation may include a self-directed learning approach.
